Prep: A three-year letter winner for the Royals … competed on the track and field team coached by Brandie Burgesss … Female Athlete of the Year at Larkin High School in 2015 … Elgin Sports Hall of Fame inductee … placed seventh in conference in the 55m hurdles in 2013 … a two-year letter winner in cross country … a letter winner in volleyball … also participated in marching band, honors society, music honors society, and HOSA (Health Occupation Students of America) at Larkin.

Personal: Damaris is the daughter of Henoch and Nidia Fuentes … plans to obtain associate in science degree.
