Pettingill, Terron Named to All-Region Team

2015 Division III All Region Team

PALATINE, Ill. – The Harper College baseball team had two players named to the All-Region team for the 2015 season. Designated hitter Roy Pettingill (Mount Prospect, Ill. /St. Viator) received First Team All-Region honors, and outfielder Chuck Terron (Tyrone, Ga./Sandy Creek) garnered a Second Team All-Region selection.

Pettingill, a freshman, hit .343 with two homers, a team-high 26 RBIs, 14 runs, 47 hits, and 10 doubles in 42 games. He was also named Second Team All-Conference in 2015.

Terron played 44 games in 2015, hitting a team-best .385 with a .443 OBP, one homer, 19 RBIs, 36 runs, 55 hits, nine doubles, two triples, and 22 stolen bases (10th in nation).
