Jenny Turpel

Jenny Turpel is entering her fourth season as the Head Women's Basketball Coach at Harper College. Turpel served as an assistant for the Hawks for two seasons prior to becoming the head coach. Turpel played four years of college basketball at Lewis University in Romeoville, Ill. and graduated with a degree in Sports Management in 2011.
 
As a coach, Turpel has a knack for helping her players develop skills on the offensive end and also works with post players. Turpel has coached two All-Conference players (Monica Hinderer and Joslyn Nicholson) in her three years as head coach. She has also coached a NJCAA National Player of the Week (Joslyn Nicholson) and five NJCAA Region IV Div. III Women's Basketball Players of the Week.

Aside from her coaching, Turpel works as a facilities aide in the equipment room at Harper College.
 
Turpel was born in Johnsburg and currently resides there.
